Is there a setup fee?

How much does it cost to send out emails,SMS messages and make phone calls?

The cost of sending emails and SMS messages and using the AI features inside the Optimo platform is based on your usage and follows the pricing structure provided by our white-label partner, HighLevel (GHL). All prices are in USD.

Emails:Optimo uses the LC Email system, which eliminates the need for third-party providers like Mailgun. The cost is $0.83 per 1000 emails, which is lower than most other major providers . You only pay for the emails you send, not for the number of leads you have in your account.

SMS and Voice:For SMS and phone charges, Optimo uses the Twilio pricing structure through the LC Phone system. SMS costs: Pricing varies depending on location and message type. You can find detailed information in Twilio SMS Pricing. Voice call costs: See Twilio Phone Pricing for voice call rates. Phone number registration fees: Refer to A2P 10DLC Service Pricing and Fees for registration-related costs. All pricing is transparent and based on actual usage, and Optimo does not add any extra charges for these services.
