Account Credits and Auto-Recharge
Your Optimo account uses an account credit balance to pay for all usage-based services including SMS, email, phone calls, AI features, and other metered services. No complimentary credits are included with any plan. You can view and manage your credit balance inside your account by navigating to Settings > Company Billing.
How Auto-Recharge Works
When your account credit balance reaches zero (or a minimum threshold you set), the system will automatically top up your balance via the auto-recharge feature. Auto-recharge starts from as little as USD $10 and you may adjust this amount at any time.
Auto-recharge payments are charged separately from your monthly subscription and may occur at any frequency depending on your usage — including SMS, calls, emails, AI content, and any active automation workflows that trigger chargeable events.

Phone & SMS Fees (USD)
Optimo's phone and SMS functionality is powered by a third-party provider integrated into the platform. All phone and SMS fees are charged in USD and deducted from your account credit balance. A processing fee is included in the rates below to cover integration and infrastructure costs.

Optimo's email system is integrated with LC Email, providing high deliverability and built-in email validation. All email fees are charged in USD from your account credit balance.

How Email Validation Works
Every new contact undergoes email validation when the first email is sent to them. Validation checks for formatting errors, spam traps, disposable addresses, invalid domains, and invalid MX records — protecting your sender reputation. Contacts are automatically re-validated every 90 days from their last validation to keep your list current.
AI Employee Fees (USD)
The AI Employee is a suite of AI-powered features including Voice AI, Conversation AI, Reviews AI, Content AI, Funnel AI, and Workflow AI Assistant. There are two pricing models — Pay Per Usage (default) or an Unlimited Monthly Plan.

Pricing Variables & Change Notice
Pricing across all services may change at any time due to currency fluctuations between AUD and USD, price increases passed through from underlying infrastructure providers, changes in third-party provider pricing (including Twilio, LC Email, and others), and market conditions or operational requirements.
We reserve the right to update pricing at our sole discretion. Where changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you by email or via notice on the Website. Your continued use of the Platform after a pricing change constitutes your acceptance of the updated fees.
Non-Payment and Account Suspension
As a subscription-based platform, Optimo incurs ongoing operational costs regardless of usage. All accounts must maintain current payment of both subscription fees and account credit balances.
- Payment will be retried up to three (3) times within a 7-day period
- If unsuccessful, the account will be automatically paused after 7 days
- After 14 days of non-payment, any dedicated phone numbers will be permanently cancelled and cannot be reinstated
- After 60 days of non-payment, the account will be permanently cancelled and all data deleted
No data is recoverable following permanent cancellation. You are responsible for backing up all critical business data.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
All usage-based fees are charged in USD unless stated otherwise. Subscription fees are charged in AUD + GST, unless you are located in another country and subscribe under your local currency. Prices are estimates only and may fluctuate due to currency exchange rates, platform pricing changes, and market conditions.

Disclaimer
As Optimo CRM is a whitelabel version of the platform. Prices are subject to change based on the platform's pricing structure and the USA/AUD currency conversion rate on the day of usage.
Setup costs and implementation services are not included in the monthly subscription fee and are charged separately by our Implementation team. A one-time account activation fee of $500 applies to all new accounts. This does not include build/implementation costs inside your account.
Additional implementation costs, such as building campaigns, workflows, landing pages, sales pipelines, and funnels, are charged based on the scope of work required.
Implementation services are available as hourly Done-For-You packs or fixed-price packages for larger projects. All charges will be outlined and agreed upon before work commences.
